Question I have... Will merchants accept my Discover Card electronic? Thanks in advance for any response. 2nd question I got is.. Hi,.

This is what it looks like:.

Citi Card: $4,750 Credit Limit: $5,200.

Capital One: $615.00 Credit Limit: $500.00.

Dell: $1,450 Credit Limit: $2,500.00.

Chase: $2,850 Credit Limit: $2,800.00.

Home Depot: $1,466.00 Limit: $1,500.00.

Also, I just got done with a "three month trial" payment period with Bank of America and now it appears during the trial period they marked on my report 90 days late. I just submitted a dispute online.

I don't need a "rush - get my score as high as possible as fast as I can" I want to do this right. I have plans this month to hit $200 on Capital One so that will be under the limit.

Any extra dime I have will be devoted to getting these down and my credit score during this modification dropped like 80 points. I am assuming it's because Bank of America decided to report me as 90 days late although I have never been late. Any help!..

+1.

Take every penny extra and apply towards the credit cards. Hit the ones that are over-limit first and then go after the highest APR in the bunch...Rinse, Repeat....

Do the credit repair on your own. There are no quick fixes in life that are meaningful and that will last. Doing this yourself will help you in more ways than you can imagine.

Good luck! Read & ask questions, then read some more...The only stupid question is the un-asked question..

You must treat this as a marathon and not a sprint. There will be many disappointments at first; but eventually, with hard work and CB, you will slowly begin to see positive results..

The one bit of information that you will see here is critical: manage your debt and not your score. Get your utilization down as low as possible and then as your debt drops, your score will rise!..

The first place you should start is the money management forum. You are.

That is not a good place to be. Hitup the money management forum and find where you can save some $$ monthly to get yourself back in the green...

Why would you even give your "not so smart" broker even the benefit of the doubt when he supposedly screw you on 310 PMI? What was the cost of the house? Get your Utilization down and on time and your scores will go from there...

That particular broker was fired halfway through of home loan process. So, it would be the owner we would deal with. But, your right not such a smart choice. Thanks for all the advice. I hope to post some positive results soon...

No sir! A mortgage broker doing credit repairs? That same broker probably has a nail&spa salon along with a check cashing center in the same office:angry: Has he tried to sell you any MaryKay products yet? Seriously..... Stick around this forum for a while. Good luck on the credit fix.
