My question is Will Discover Card do a chargeback over $0.31? Thanks for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... So Discover Card sent me an invitation with a offer code to apply for a card? What is this? I've have been opted out for a couple of years too. I've never had anything from Discover Card before. Just wanted to get some insight from my fellow CBers..

Thanks:0)..

The last time I received an "Invitation" from Amex, with an "Offer Code", it was for an Upgrade from the Rewards Plus Gold Charge Card to the Platinum Card............It resulted in No Hard Pull, (which I hear is customary), along with 50,000 Membership Rewards Bonus Points.............which was greatly appreciated !!! I accepted the offer, received the card, and have never regretted it ...

They have Invitations to Apply and Invitations to Accept. The IT Accept is usually no pull. The IT Apply will likely be a hard pull, although it means you likely satisfied the initial pre-screen criterion..

Which card is the invitation for?..

AMEX would never give me a card my scores are around 500, but they really want me to give me one for a website that I registered about 6 yrs ago. Today they even called to offer me one for this 'business' that was never more then a registered domain name.

Sometimes there is just no reasoning to what AMEX does...

CRA OPT-OUT IS NOT 100% FOOL PROOF.

Ever get an offer that matches the name on a magazine you get???.

Any time you don't want any.

"PRE-APPROVED".

Offers...send them to me....

I DON'T GET ANY AND WOULD PAY MONEY FOR SOME..
