I tried a goodwill letter w/them a couple months ago over a 30day late. Didn't work at all. Disputed with CRA, worked for 2..

I had secured card with them...paid it off and they listed it as a CO....still disputing and no luck...

Fast forward 5 years, goodwill letter for lates on 1st Premier, to the CEO, still doesn't work..

Maybe if you sign up for like 5 of their $200 first statement fee with a $250 limit cards and pre-pay them all to a -$500 balance they will let you, lol... amazing for a company who cares so much about making money that they don't want to do a PFD..

These are lates, have 15 months clean history since them, I want to close this card so bad I don't have words for it, but I have to wait till the lates go past the 24 month mark to close them. Bummer..
I did do an online dispute with EQ today as "Never late" haha, some people report that works... |

After goodwilling the CEO and getting the standard, "First Premier reports all accurate inforblah blah...", I had read above that somebody disputed "Never late" so I did it, didn't get the great success I wanted, but 1 of 4 lates got deleted from EQ this morning. Don't think that really helped my score, because they updated the whole account with a balance on it..
