There are tons of Discover Card promo codes available. Great opportunity to save money on Discover Card now. I advise you to register for their newsletter so you can get notified of their most recent online promos. They typically email once a month or 2..

Well, you can try your states AG and their states AG, but they will just put it into dispute status this time. I would send an ITS to them and if they do not respond I would proceed to Federal Court...

I'm assuming you called them and used their automated system to verify they deleted or checked online to see what the status was? I have disputed before and never received anything, yet they deleted. Also, was the credit report number that you used from a free credit pull or did you purchase one?.

I checked yesterday online and one of the three disputes still on the CR. This past year I have been sending disputes and always received back results. for some reason not this time..
When I dispute with the CRA I send it Certified MAil with no green card but Electronic Delivery Confirmation via website which I print out for my records. Good or Bad ? |

BAD..
The Green Card is still the standard in play in MANY courtrooms.. As to timelines, you sent a letter on a Friday (the busiest mail day of the year by some accounts) and it has not even BEEN five full business days. You didn't screw your credit up in a week, and it ain't going to fix itself in a quicker period of time.. Further, there would be a serious question of reasonableness on something like a five-day deadline. This is not something where counsel for both parties are in the same town and an offer has been made that had a timeline attached. You sent something to what was likely a generic address and it takes time to work through to the proper office..... |

As I have been reading some say sending dispute to CRA just certified mail with no green card and now I am reading disputes with CRA should be CMRRR. Any other input on which way should be done ? I know hard paper trail is good for court...

You need to be acting in a manner consistent with the RCP for your jurisdiction and, more specifically, the LR for the Court in which you contemplate filing....
Personally, I would NEVER rely on a computer printout. Even if you get it accepted, it will not be a blind acceptance and the time wasted proving up the document is simply time wasted... |
