My first question is Where can I buy phentermine with Discover Card? Looking forward for any comment. Second question of mine... Sorry for my ignorance. I just joined the boards today. We are trying to buy a lot to build a house on, and were told that we need to raise our credit scores about 50 pts..

Alot of our credit problems are b/c we owed full amounts on our 3 cc's. (1st $500 limit, 2nd $400 limit, 3rd $2000 limit) The lady at the bank said to use the money we were going to use as a down payment and pay these off (or atleast down to where we owe 20% of our credit limit.).

I did this today. Will this really help as much as she seems to say it will?.

And to my original thought......I pulled our credit report, and I have been late paying (with Discover card) our mortgage in the past. However, for the past 9 months it has been current. Is there a way to get those late payments off of our credit report??.

TIA..

Good question... I dunno what is the answer to that question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably know..

If you have no negatives, call your Discover credit card companies and see if they will give you a CLI without a hard pull. If so, that will help your utilization even more. As a side note, I paid my utilization from 35% down to 18 and got a 20 point bump. YMMV.

Shoot for the ideal goal of not using more than 30% of any one card's limit and not more than 10% of your total limits. If that is not possible, remember that every 10% drop in utilization of your total credit limits should have a noticeable difference in score, but, as it goes with everything, and perhaps moreso with FICO, YMMV...

Thanks everyone, I cant wait to see my scores now...I am getting excited..

Can I send a certified letter to my mortgage company asking them to prove that I was late those months, and if they dont respond in so many days ask the 3 credit agencies to remove that from my credit report??.

Again, sorry for the dumb questions...but thanks so much!..

Be careful disputing lates as if the lender fails to reply, you risk losing the tradeline entirely..
