My question is What would be a rough estimate of a 15 year Lending Tree mortgage, variable rate on $260,000? Many thanks for any answer. Another question... Exotic. |

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably could assist you..

Then with VOM (verification of mortgage) you should not have much if any problem..

Most if not all the questions you are asking can be easily answered by your Lending Tree mortgage person. They are fairly standard issues. A VOM just is a verification that your Lending Tree mortgage has been paid as agreed. In most cases they simply look at the credit report to see if there are any lates being reported.. Fla-tan.. |

TU = 730.
