First off, What options are there for obtaining a prepaid Visa or Discover Card in China? Looking forward for any answer. Another question... I've been using Experians "True Credit.com" for about 1.5 years now. In looking at the summary area, I see dollar amounts, but really, what am I looking at?.

I know exactly what CC's I have, and their payment history, but my suspicion is that there is debt showing on my Report that needs to come off, and IT is responsible for my low scores. Currently all 3 of my scores are 557, 553 and 575..

1) How do I read it properly?.

2) Once I've learned what the issue(s) are, that will dictate what my next course of action is, yes?.

Thanks in advance..

-Very frustrated......

Hmmm..

Welp; currently I only have 3 credit cards. With $1200 (only.

) total credit lines. I only owe (as of today 1/19/10) $80 bucks. I do have Derogs, but the last late was sometime in 2008 with Mercedes Benz Financial. 2X 30 was my last goof..

However I'm showing major Derog on OLD debt that is NOT mine. It happened when I had POA before my MOm passed. It's really my Mothers debt. I had POA of her Medical Decisions, NOT of her debt. Nor did I sign anything. Infact, none of the debt is from medical bills or an associations..

So wtf do I do? I've disputed the debt several times and all three companies are stating that it's been verified that it's MY debt. Which is complete BS..

I do have a charge off with Capital One (from the same time period) that IS mine. I decided on paying (with Discover card) my Moms Hosptial bills first. But regardless, should I settle with them or will that open up a whole other can of worms?.

When you settle debt, is it a good thing or bad thing against your credit??!!!..

Please note, I'm still learning a great deal myself, so please allow someone to confirm.

My advice before taking it. That being said, you can clear the things weighing you down,.

But it requires patience, diligence and a willingness to hammer companies over and over and over.

To make them actually delete, warranted or not...

Thank you for your response. Regarding Cap 1, why would I want them to sue me? What does that gain me?..
