Got a question... What is the current interest rate for a personal, non-Lending Tree mortgage, unsecured note in Texas Thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... Here is the situation: During CHOD I sent a CRRR letter with 3 disputes to CSC in Houston. They had just changed their address and the letter was apparentely forwarded to El Paso and received 12/13 per the green card.. |

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably could give you help..

I think you both are misunderstanding the law..
They have 30 days to investigate, at which time they must either verify that the debt is being reported properly, or delete it.. If after 30 days the other company verifies that it belongs to you, they have the right to re-insert it... |
|
But I think common sense, logic and law require them to notify you of the results of their investigation in a timely manner, right? Yes they have to investigate, and update, and it logically follows that they must notify you..

I take the above to mean that investigation results within 5 days of the end of the 30 day investigation period must be sent out..
Am I missing something?.. |
|
Ex did that with me results were due 1/1/3I checked it out that day & they changed the date to 1/10/3. So I sent them a letter of failure to respond in a timely manner. Then they put it back in dispute..
So when I get the results if not deleted I will sue I will not bother to sent a intent to sue... |

[].
They have 30 days to complete investigation.. They have 5 days to notify you of the results of the investigation.. If, as helpwanted suggested, they do re-insert after an item is deleted, they have 5 days to notify you of that as well.... Hope this helps... |

Hey Bonedoc,.
Have you decided what to do????. Still pendering. This item that was disputed is a toughie to get deleted. Just wondering if I should send them something a little terse and to the point. I have a feeling that it WOULD get re-inserted, so I'd have to make sure I am CLEAR about reinsertion. The only leverage I have is their failure to report the investigation results, though..
