Quick question... Visa, Discover Card, American Express, or Discover? Looking forward for any comment. Another question... OK so I live in Atlanta, which is EQ country, unfortunately. I think my EQ score is around 640-650 at the moment..

I NEED a good card with a good limit (my highest limit is $1050) and I'm willing to apply for ONE more card. And then I'm done for a while.

Anyways, I have a total of 12 INQs on EQ, only 3-4 of them are within the last 3-4 months..

Do you think this is too many to apply there? Should I wait a few months?.

EVERYTHING in Atlanta pulls EQ, it's kind of annoying. I know Delta CCU does too..

I can't handle a denial...

OP: If you want an instant, instant shiny new card, app in person, if approved D@lta will print out a card for you right there. Be sure to dress nice, first impression matters (at least in my little encounter with them). Be ready to rebuff some junk comments from their credit ninja. When I apped with them my EQ score was more than 740, with 2 inquiries. They gave me a 5K line, reasoning this and that. Upped it to 8K, but was like pulling teeth.

Good luck and have fun!..

**UPDATE**.

So I called in to check on my application on Friday (it had been a WEEK since I faxed it in!!!) The "Loan Rep" said they haven't processed my account yet. Seriously?!? A WEEK later? Kind of annoyed by this. There are radio ads every day about Delta CCU and their GREAT credit products..

Did notice they pulled EQ on Friday though, maybe they are actually processing this??.

SO wish I had applied in person. ARGHHHH!!!!..

I submitted my online application Jan 14th..

Faxed in signature card that day..

I COULD have had online access on the 15th, but called too late in the day..

Got online access on the 18th..

Member packet received the 21st..

Nice thing about Delta Community CU is that they support Quicken Direct Connect..

BUT, the Access Code has to be ALL numerical in order for Quicken to work..

They were VERY nice about walking me through it when I called.

Now, I'm going to let this age a bit, and.....
