Quick question: Runescape wont accept my Discover Card can someone tell me why? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. My 2nd question... Nothing worked against this collection agency. Disputes with the CRA's came back as verified. Finally a few weeks back I filed complaints with the ACA and the FTC.. |

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could assist you..

You have to make sure they are registered with ACA first before they will accept the complaint. Towards the bottom of the screen you'll see three buttons, the second one "check member" or something like that.. is one you want where it will take you to another page where you can search to see if the Ca in question is a member of ACA. If they're not, I don't think they'll do anything. Tho, I haven't necessarily tried to file a complaint against a non-member...
