Good question... I dunno what is the answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could give you help..

I canceled mine last week and it went a lot smoother then that. I didn't get offered any discount.

And I was credited the $9.95...

Awwww poor things..

I canceled today as well..

They really tried to keep me and pulled out all the stops, such as offering to connect me with technical support..

I informed the CSR that it wasn't a technical issue to prompted my cancellation, but more of a ease of use and interface issue..

He finally met defeat and offered a confirmation number for cancellation. I told him that maybe he would like to note this call with "if it's not broken, don't fix it." Literally.....

Nothing get's my goat more than websites that continually upgrade (i.e. a particular online acution site)..

Hope we find a comparable puller soon...
