I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I discover an anything. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could give you help..

It would take me 3 days to read all what was it 800 pages and then I would have to start all over again because what was in the beginning would be LOST!..

I can assure you I care about this...I just don't have all the free time available to sit down and focus on it without distractions. I will be traveling next week and hoped to look over it while on the plane and during my layover in Chicago. Right now I have a 45-page letter (3 pages, plus supporting evidence) that has to go to all three bureaus and I have a deadline to meet..

If you are dealing with adverse action and harmful change in terms you owe it to yourself to learn more about that the FTC thinks the CCARDA means...
