OK, my results so far...... DH (EXP) - 1 charge off deleted, 2 late pays remains, 1 still pending. ME (EQ) - 1 collection deleted. That's all we know so far, 30 days up on 12/2 and 12/3.. |

My results so far:.
EQ - printed the wrong address to mail to on my report. Returned mail. Decided to do it online instead.. TU - Form letter telling me if I wanted to dispute inquiries on my report I'd have to write the offending merchant.. EX - Recieved letter telling me they couldn't investigate my disputted bk 7 because I didn't say what was wrong with the information.. Looks like it's gonna be a bust for me. :(. I wish everyone else the best of luck... |

EQ =not finished on any dispute. EX =2 judgments, one other derog, one positive. That was showing open with a balance. Now Zero/payed as agreed.. TU=not finished, zillion disputes... |

I got a tu form letter too but if you read it close "IT SEEMS" that they are actually disputing the item..

Disapointing for me :.
EX: One charge off disputed, reasons clearly numbered, got form letter in response saying needing specific reasons. (Blowoff). TU: Got list of creditors in return. (blowoff). EQ: Name was incorrect, employer name was incorrect, Lending Tree mortgage is listed twice with all info identical, and disputed charge off. All was listed in one letter, NOTHING has beed changed except the charge off was put into dispute so they obviously got my letter.. Whatever. For now I live with equifax believing my all-american girlie first name is "Kuchynski".. |

EXP: 2 disputes...one they won't investigate, the other pending. Along with something about using credit repair, yada, yada, yada..

Tu: one collection account, others pending. Equifax: I don't know yet. Good luck to all and remember just one deletion is more than we would have gotten before we found this board, or at least more than I would have gotten... |

This has not been a good chod for me..
Eq-verified 4 accounts and 1 BK. One account they verified was updated to "charge off" with a balance. My score dropped big time. :(.. |

Oh yeah, I did get something back from tu saying that two items I disputed were frivolous because they had been previously verified, after my dispute is over they will be getting a procedural request letter...

Whatever happened to the person that ranted and raved about CHOD a couple of months ago? She/he was obsessed about CHOD as if CHOD was going to produce 3 clean reports. I think the name might of been stenwick, if not I apologize. My opinion, it just goes to show how much this board is being watched and how it helps changes the CA's and CRA's perceptions and policies. EQ: nothing so far.
EXP: both CHOD's disputes failed already :/. TU: nothing so far, although they could already be done but since TU doesnt mark things in dispute I have no idea. They did get the dispute letter though.. Oh well..i guess EXP is going to stay screwed... |

Sent in only one dispute for the EVIL EXP. They blew me off, DEJA VU, claiming "Not enough information provided as to why account is not accurtate.".
I CERTAINLY DID PROVIDE SUFFICIENT REASON for these tyrants to investigate!. Sent a nasty letter back to EXP insisting they comply with the. Fair Credit Reporting Act. And investigate the account in my original dispute and I EXPECT THE INVESTIGATION to be complete within 30 days of my original dispute. I included a copy of the postal Express Delivery signature of when they received my original dispute and a copy of their blow off letter.. So GO AHEAD EXP, IGNORE ME, because I will pursue this, I am actually looking forward to it! I have put up with your perpetual pinocchio lies for over a year now, and I can prove it. EXP has a lot skeletons in their closet regarding their. Supposed investigations. It will all come out if they ignore this dispute again............ |

Disputed 7 with EXP and got 5 remains, 1 deletion and 1 updated that is no longer showing on the report. Not sure if it will be reinserted , but for now it's off..

EX was a bust. Disputed 6 30 day lates on one account. Even provided them with a copy of the statement of account showing how they are being reported inaccuratly. They verified everything..
Oh well. I went online and disputed all my neg accounts as "included in BK". I have never filed BK. Seems as though they can verify almost everything from what I have been hearing lately, and I just want to see if they will verify BK for the heck of it. Wouldn't that be a great lawsuit?.. |

Made my third procedural request to EX. I guess they got tired of ignoring me but instead of providing me for the information I asked for they placed the 2 items in question under investigation. As of yesterday both of these items were verified..
At this point I guess I have no other choice but to file a suit against them... |

Chod results from EQ- Nothing!.
In Oct I disputed all my negs and got some pretty good results, only 5 negs left out of 13 after that. During chod I. Did a procedural request on those 5 negs and they. Didn't do it, instead they re-inverstigated all 5. I was hoping to get some deletions out of this but instead. They were all "verified" again :(.. Experian was much better , TU not done yet :(.. |

I did pretty good here!!!!!! :) :) :). 11 of 15 derog tradelines gone.. 3 judgments gone.. 1 collection gone- ARROW :). 2 inquiries gone, NCO and another one.. My open Lending Tree mortgage is also gone ;-( because I. Disputed the lates but eq and ex updated to never late :>)~. I am now collection and public record free!. I finally spoke to someone at TU after umpteen days of runaround. All 8 of my disputes deleted, and one updated to paid as agreed -0- balance.. Also got the lady's name and phone number. She wasn't the brightest penny in the bag. Told me since I had another dispute going their system would not allow them to generate an updated report until after that 2nd 30 days was up.. Ya know, I just decided to let it go this time... |

Only earlybirds on cnet :). Let us know how many points your "fico " went up at TU. I went from 545-623 :) 78 point jump !. Now I'm pondering whether I sould try to get my mtg tradeline back on at TU without getting more lates. Added than I had before :( Maybe I should leave it alone?.. |

Just checked wk since tu only allows one per week.
BOTH the late pay and the emerge tradeline are G-O-N-E!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Now my wk score is 50... it was 41 the other day. Now the only last late pay I have is on eq and it will be off by next week or I sue!. This is crazy. 6/1/02 - 9 late pays on ex, tu, 8 on eq. 12/27/02 - ZERO ZILCH NADA late pays. Now I can go find a woman cuz when she asks "so babe whats your fico?" I can confidently say "im a prime fico baby". LOL.. |

EQ- disputed 7... 3 deletetions, one update on date. Opened, 3 stayed the same. Exp- disputed 8... 4 gone, 4 stayed the same. TU- dont know yet.. |

EQ - disputed 5 charge offs... 3 deleted. TU - still waiting... the 30 days is definitely up. Has anyone had any luck getting an AMEX charge off deleted? Thats what screwing up all 3 of my reports... |

1 Equifax judgement disputed online during CHOD, and was deleted! Whooo Hoooo Is it too late to do EXP now, 1 judgement left??? Don't know why I didn't do it on 11/25...

I am at 50% right now..
EX: Disputed two, Both Verfied. I will now send the proc. letter. One was a charge off which never said paid. It now says paid which I read is worse. No change in score though.. EQ: Disputed two. 1 Still shown in dispute, 1 not. 33 day mark as of 12/29/02. Hoping for at least one deletion.. TU: Perfect! Perfect Credit history with NO derogs. Disputed two and both went away! So awesome checking your report and seeing it "clean".. TU score went up 65 points Score now. ( Which I would have thought would have gone up more. Does say I owe too much in dept store cards. Only have a Sears card with 152.00 on it and a 1800.00 Limit. Who knows.... -Chris.. |

Final CHOD Results:.
EX: 8 items disputed, 5 deleted (1 judgement, 1 tax lien, autobond acceptance corp X 2, AT & T Wireless). My BK 13 and Verizon Wireless were verified on the last day of disputing :(. Monterey Collection Services MUST be related to CAP1 (they verify no matter what you do ... BTW, this is a paid CO I have been trying to get rid of since I came on CN). EQ: 14 items disputed, 1 deleted (Collectech), 2 pending until 1/6/03 (Diners card included in BK) Funny thing is most items was supposedly verified a day or two before the result date. I hate EQ .... TU: 5 items disputed, 3 deleted (Verizon Wireless, AT & T Wireless, Collectech). FCNB and Household verified. Not bad, but I should have sent in my most difficult stuff with TU during CHOD.. Funny, Autobond Acceptance was deleted on EX (both accounts), but verified on EQ. Also, Verizon was deleted on TU, but verified on EQ & EX. Finally, the same judgement on that was deleted on EX is VERIFIED on EQ.... Did I mention I HATE EQ ? |

EVIL EXP's first response to my dispute was "not enough information to investigate.".
So, I sent a letter to EXP requesting they comply with FCRA and investigate my dispute, because I DID provide sufficient reason for EXP to investigate.. Well, they then responded "already investigated.". EXP really leaves me with no other choice but to file a claim against them. I can only hope they defend their claim the same way they have investigated my disputes (past and present)... |

Well, my results have been mixed..
-deletion for double inquiry. -faxed letter from Fst Mdwst Bk deleting paid off tradeline with lates. btw, we were never late and we are still waiting for the deletion. -CA sent partial validatio; i'll probably pay with restrictive endorsement fro deletion. -one CA sent a 'we don't remember ever talking to you about this account before and we don't respond to letter like this" letter meaning validations. This one could get juicy. I am going for a 3rd round validation request with spice!. -sallie mae sent a request for a copy of my credit report when I sent them the nutcase letter for a student Lending Tree loan that they transferred but reports 90 late on 2 tradelines. I don't know what to do there.. -was approved for my first big line cc for 2k with carter lumber and $500 with orchard.. Time to build it up!!!.. |

If I understood this, you are sending out a 3rd validation? Why? Send a demand/intent to sue and follow through. Their letter will hang them...

I was always confused about that. When I did my first round of validations early last year, I sent out 3 validation requests and then I never had to get to the intent to sue. I think that your strategy is better especially with the medical bill CA who doesn't want to respond. The thing is that when I sent out the first letter, they deleted and later, they reinserted which prompted the second letter. I felt like I was starting over with the process. I will get my letter together and then let you guys know what the results are...

TU was good to ME, too :).
Basically, if we asked for it to be gone on TU........ it's GONE! I didn't ask for enough, I guess ;-). EQ verified one collection - for a parking ticket my DH got. HUH??? How do they figure that's joint??? They still have one chargeoff under investigation (so what if it's past the 30 days, right?) but everything else is gone.. EQ still has all of DH's stuff under investigation, the investigation status page says that it should be done on the 6th (past the 30 days, too). EXP removed 1 collection and 1 chargeoff for me, and 1 chargeoff for DH, verified the rest... |

A sticky paid collection for $75 disappeared. We'd been through everything up to and including intent to sue the CA. Filed the suit but couldn't get it served. (long story). Have been trying to get rid of this stupid thing for almost a year..
TU said they wouldn't investigate, but it disappeared anyway.. EX refused to investigate the two previously self-verified released liens. They're now the only thing keeping us from 6 clean reports.. DemPooches.. |

EQ is soooo wierd!.
Before chod they deleted 2 very nasty charge offs from AMEX that during chod ex and tu "verified'. During chod nothing was deleted!!:(. On another note, CAP1 and Providian ALWAYS. Get "verified" at all CRA's. Maybe they pay more for this service ?? lol. :(.. |

I had repeatedly disputed all my derrogs..
My results:. All collections have been deleted.. BK7 deleted. 30 day late on Chrysler deleted.. The remaining derrogs are:. BK13 (1/98). 1 pd coll on EQ and EX. 2 was late on closed cc accts EX only.. I am now officially a member of the 600 club!.. |

I think I was just lucky and caught them off guard. During chod or maybe it's because it's a local S&L. That still services it's own accounts. They didn't challenge my "never late" dispute and both TU and. EXP changed it to "never late". EQ is "still investigating" because I forgot to include this dispute. With so many others I mailed during the beginning of chod and I disputed it online in early december.. So far it's still showing "under investigation"... |
