My question is Is Lending Tree mortgage loan interest accrued daily? Many thanks for any response. Another question on my mind: Yeah thats what I was saying about EX. The one we see is definitely not what creditors pull. Lending Tree mortgage company pulled EX and score was 520 yet my CE showed 596.....that sucks!.. |

I have a theory about the EX score based on our experience and that of a few others..
The creditexpert score is much more likely to be accurate if the report is completely clean. If there are derogs, any at all, they don't seem to always figure into the creditexpert score accurately and the true EX score is generally lower.. Just a theory..... DemPooches.. |

The PriVista score is a FAKO score. It is generated by CreditXpert. Just an FYI!..

I've looked through the glossary and at the risk of being yelled at (cough) ......from what I understand fako is a free TU score. Do you mean from TU in an updated report, or where would I get it? They don't send me one in my updates for some reason, and WK is their "own" concocted double digit score..

If you pull a report from TU's site.
Www.transunion.com. You have the option of getting the free report if you've been denied credit in the past 60 days, or paying $12 for the report with the FICO score.. DemPooches.. |

I'm not sure about everyone else, but we are unable to pull EQ online. They won't/can't process my order for CW (since JULY hmmm...) and say it's been sent to tech. support. My DH was able to order CW but hasn't been able to pull his report online since 10/28. It too has supposedly been sent to Tech..
Not sure who posted this about privista, but they send you to EQ directly to get your score. EX uses CE. (If I'm reading the reply right...it's getting late.).. |

TU Fako 799.
TU Fico 773. Two TLs with 3 and 4 (I think) 30-days. Last 30-day late pay was 1/2000 for one and 8/99 for the other. About 25 TLs total, about 10 with activity within a year. Using about 10 percent credit limits (all of it on a Citibank card that reports no CL, so it may or may not count against me). Equifax is 745 and Experian CE score is about 713... |
