First question I got is Is Discover Card well accepted in Europe? Many thanks for any response. 2nd question I got is.. Hello everyone!.

I'm sending letters to the CRAs to have old addresses and inaccurate spellings of my name deleted. Is it necessary to CMRR the request or can I just send it regular mail?.

Thanks in advance!..

Yes sir! however you might want to make sure and wait for another member to confirm my answer as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you call the Discover Card guys because they can answer your Discover Card question better...

Thanks for the advice.

I'm going to send CMRRR just to be on the safe side. I don't mind paying (with Discover card) the extra bucks to make sure it is done.

I just had to dispute 2 judgements on my EX and EQ reports that weren't mine but my fathers. All my debt if from medical bills relating to my car accident..

I've never had anything as bad as a judgement..

I'm a Juinor and I've never really used Jr. at the end of my name before and that came back to bite me in the butt..

Since my father and I share the same name and at one time the same address someone messed up and put his judgements on my CRs..

My TR report didn't have the judgement and my father's TR did but not his EQ or EX reports. Go figure..

The judgements were painlessly removed, thank god, but I'd rather not have anything like this happen again..

It took 2 weeks to have the judgement deleted from EQ and for them to send me an updated report and I just got the one from EX today..

EX took almost the whole 30 days because they told me they would have to send someone to the courthouse to look at the actual public record to make sure it wasn't mine..

Lesson learned! My entire given name is going on everything financial from now on.

Thanks again...
