Yes and yes. In fact, before I knew better, I had disputed 6 or so TLs as "included in BK". Now I'm going to dispute them again and see what happens...

I don't mean to stop you from ordering pizza but these things are easily reversable again. I bet you don't hear the stories about the people who thought they were smart and got away with it temporarily only to get it changed back again. I mean who would have the guts to admit that on a site like this one? I have seen this personally happen to people and they don't jump on a site like this and go "Man I thought I pulled one over, and now I look stupid". And then the ugly aftermath of disputing all over again to get back what should be legit. Will the CRA believe you again, probably not. Will your disputes be a priority, probably not.

If anyone has the guts to admit they got screwed trying to do this in the end, let others know the spot your in now!!!..

Um.....people come on this board every day and admit things and talk about situations that they would never talk about to anyone out in the "real" world. Why would someone care about having an account get placed back on their credit report after a deletion. It's called a re-insertion, and there are laws that are designed to govern when this can happen. This happens all the time...

Anyhow, I have been posting re: the same thing. It will actually suprise me if my bk doesnt pop back up. Not supposed to drop till next year. It came off and my faco rose 70+ points. Fico only rose about 15, though. Anyhow, if it does come back on, I won't hesitate to post that it came back. I am elated that it is off, but I know there is always the possibility...

Interestingly enough, I have a copy of my TU report - first post bk CR pull - from 2/7/2003 (online, with FICO) and under "Public records" it states NONE. Yet under the "Negative accounts" it has several accts are "Ch 7 bankruptcy". Huh? Do not know what to make of this...

I've got a couple of "included in BK" accounts listed on TU. Now that the BK is gone, I'll wait a couple of months and send a "what BK?" letter..

BTW, I got confirmation from TU in the mail today that the BK was investgated and deleted..
