First of all Im from IRANhow cani have VISA or Discover Card ? Hoping for any comment. 2nd question I got is.. I couldn't resist to apply for USAA credit cards and I went to apply. I entered annual income and didn't need anything. It came back to ask for personal info like (what card did or do you own and where did you live ten last years. After that , it came back with the following messages:. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I bump into an good answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably can help you..

Ron, you are welcome. They will give you a generous CLI after about 4 to 6 months, unless they have changed the rules...

I'm working on joining USAA now too. My dad was in the military, so he just joined and is getting an insurance policy so that I will be able to join and get full access to everything. Looking forward to it...

I finally got my USAA World Discover Card with 8.9% APR from the mail today. I haven't activated the card yet. I don't see any change of mind. It said it is Total Rewards World Discover Card as they promised..

They took the CLI increase button off their site a long time ago and now they say all CLIs are automatic. You can call and request a CLI, but they generally will tell you that you need to have been using the card for at least 6 months..
After I had opened an AmEx and MC with them a while back, one day at about the 7 month mark they just out of the blue asked me if I was satisfied with my AmEx limit. I told them it wasn't bad (already $25k) and they said they could add another $5k to it. I probably could have pushed them up, but I didn't. I did ask them how about my MC. She said they'd CLI that up $5k as well.. I think the higher your limit the smaller percentage wise the increases. I have heard of some pretty large increases from lower limits... |
