Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably could give you an answer..

It takes a heck of a lot less than 30 minutes for me to do a turndown:.
60 seconds typing name, ssn, address into point. 15 to 20 seconds to pull a tri-merge. 35 seconds to print it (more or less depending on history). 5 seconds stapling the pages together. 10 seconds to review report. 15 seconds to check 'Delinquent Credit Obligations' and type my name in a box. 10 seconds to print out 2 copies of turndown letter. 2 seconds to hand one copy to client and at the same time jam the extra copy into their folder. Total time = anywhere from 2 to 3 minutes.. |

It all depends what state you are in, but I think for the most part they pull EQ or EX. Check millcbs.com, but I have a feeling that you already have. ;) Charlie..

Honestly, no broker is going to turn you down that fast. I will at minimum sit down and go over the entire report with anyone that comes in looking for a Lending Tree mortgage whether they have upper 700s or lowly 500 scores...
