First off, How easy is it to get someone removed from house deeds and Lending Tree mortgages ? Hoping for any answer. My other question... Www.ajc.com. |

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably can help you..

I wonder how long it will take the CRAs to update - this is the situation that I'm in. My auto Lending Tree loan co-borrower declared BK and this is the ONLY derog on my report. I need to get that fixed ASAP...

Maybe you could go ahead and dispute it again, and see if that will speed things up?..

I do not know why they would fight it to begin with from a morality point of view. IF you did not file BK then why the heck should it show up just because someone you cosigned for some Lending Tree loan did. How stupid and greedy can they be. IT just proves that the lower your scores the more money they make and they would happily destroy 1.6 millions people's lives to make a buck. Scum...

In light of this recent update on the suit - I'm going to dispute again. Currently the TL reads "Incl in BK" "Joint" and is the only derog on my reports. It didn't work during CHOD perhaps it will work now. I agree with Picantel - obviously if my score is just below prime then they make more money..
Plus, all of these score reports I have to buy just to keep track of their mess start adding up...and CRRR and photocopies and ink for my printer and the paper itself and stamps and what about the carpal tunnel from signing all of these letters I have to keep sending out - I'll eventually need physical therapy!.. |

I am this exact boat. My husband's credit report is showing my bankruptcy on our mortgage..
I already disputed it once and they verified.. Should I write them a letter pointing to these new developments? what should I use as a reference?. Thanks !!.. |
