I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an useful answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably could give you an answer..

As if they're not making enough.....and as if receiving a statement in the mail is a privilege..

It's getting expensive to be a card holder these days.....

PENFED DID THAT TO ME.

They wanted $0.50 to send me a statement (SAVINGS).

So now...I get none.

I guess it is not.

REQUIRED BY LAW.

TO SEND ONE IN THE US MAIL.

That seems crazy to me. My aunt(for example) has no idea how to use a computer and no intentions of ever trying to figure out how. Should she be charged a fee for receiving paper statements because she has no electronic access? This will lead to people who don't use a computer to cancel mailed statements and just be blind about account details from now on...

MOM.

Has no computer (doesn't want one).

She would close the account before she would pay a fee to get a paper statement..

Interesting how comments went from statement fees to buying clothes..

I don't usually wear the stuff I buy at Woodcraft other than the odd carpenters pencil over the ear ensemble'..

I made a thread about this when I got my letters..

WFNNB charges crazy fees when you pay by phone too. I always make a payment right after I use my cards so I should be fine but I think this is just another nuisance...

I think this is a rip off, they are the one that have to provide it as I believe it should be a law, and there should be no way to charge for it, but I do so much stuff online, pay bills, view bills, etc I do nothing by mail, nor do I really care about paper statements, but I don't like the fact that some sites setup doesn't look like a actual bil, I like some sites you get a copy of the actual bill they would of sent you....

I recently had a venue.com card by them there company closed, no more limit, or card...
