First off, HaveYou Heard of Tricentury Discover Card? Hoping for any response. Another question I got... OK I think I'm ready to achieve b* on EQ (I have recently run up some INQs, oops)....

I currently have been pulling CCT for about 3 months and have b* all but one (new) TU inquiry..

What other product do I need to pull daily to achieve b* on EQ?.

Thank you!.

Christine..

I had zero success getting B* on EQ until I started 2 daily pullers..

CCT B*ed TU INQ without a hitch. EQ however was tougher for me..

Added MPM to my daily pulling and EQs have started melting away..

EQ had 20 INQs on it last week, 13 as of today...

CCT pulling since Dec/09 + MPM pulling since 01/10 = EQ B*.

YMMV.

What is MPM? OK, so you just use those 2 and it seems to be working? Rock on, that would be a good solution for me..

And how much is MPM?.

Stupid ATL...it's EQ country! Blah!..

Louisiana is EQ country too...

There is no guarantees on B*, but I can say factually.

That I got no B* on EQ until I added a 2nd puller..

MPM = Myprivacymatters...

Use the link BobWang posted and sign up. I think it's $10 per month..

They will mail you a packet. When that packet arrives, you will have.

Your member number and can start pulling...

MPM, unlike CCT requires that you wait 24 hours and 1 minute.

Between pulls, whereas CCT will let you pull @ 1:01EST like clockwork..

Dr. Tang, et al. have discovered that Equifax will only hold 85 inquiries of a certain class that includes hard inquiries and daily pullers. In order to B*, you must add enough inquiries to reach 85 soft inquiries. If you are getting C*, on average, every 30 days, then you may need 3 daily pullers in order to achieve B*. However, if you have around 20 - 25 soft inquiries that are in the same classification (basically everything except qualifiers) that occured after the hard inquiry, then you may be able to completely B* EQ with only two pullers..

Of course, if you aren't getting C* at all, you could just use one daily puller and get B*, but it would just take longer...

Suggestion:.

Do a backdoor pull on EQ, then screenshot the INQs list and post it..

The B* doctors can tell you if you're getting C* and/or when you.

Should expect to see B*...

For some reason, I can't backdoor pull my EQ. Have had this problem for a while now...

There are lots of threads about this, but I'll summarize here..

In general, you cannot bump the inquiries of a bureau using services based on that same bureau without risking C* (and having to basically start B* all over again). If you use enough daily pullers, though, having C* occur probably won't be a problem, since it isn't known to normally happen more than once per month, so if you can reach 85 soft inquiries on Equifax in about 30 days, you can do it..

Using EX-based services is best because EX doesn't B* anyway, so you can use them to B* both TU and EQ. CCT and CS are both EX-based. USAA-CCMP is, too, but you can use it along with CCT (and have it still count as unique pulls for EQ). TU services (such as MPM) work pretty well for EQ, but are nearly useless for TU and cause TU C*. Equifax Scorewatch is the same way for EQ C*, only worse..

Your best bet is probably CCT, CS, and MPM. If you don't qualify for CS, then EQ B* might be difficult...
