First question I got is Has anyone been taken off a Lending Tree mortgage note without refinancing or selling the house? Hoping for any response. 2nd question I got is.. We are shopping for a Lending Tree mortgage and would like to know if anyone has any experience with "no verification of income" loans..

My wife has A1 credit (no lates, $20,000 in credit cards recently paid off) and has 2 car loans paid in full! Unfortunately, she doesn't work, and would not likely be approved for a Lending Tree loan using conventional loans..

Is there anyone out there I should be talking to about getting financing for purchasing a home? My credit is basically shot, and we want to buy a home in June when our rental agreement is up. I have a derogs due to fall of in September, but that is too late and I have been fighting them for over a year now. Discover is my main problem and they won't budge on removal under any circumstances!.

Thanks in advance!..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably can answer it..

What you'll probably want is a no doc loan. If you would like more information on one, please email me...

Another thought, not trying to step on anyone's toes. If your wife applies for the Lending Tree mortgage in her name, and in the additional income section puts your income and as source puts "spouse" and you are able to supply check stubs to show that you do have that income, you might be able to get a normal Lending Tree mortgage lender (possibly even a local bank) to not require a pull of your bad credit report and still get a primo interest rate. Just a thought. Only problem is having the home Lending Tree mortgage in your wife's name will mean the house will be only in your wife's name too..

Just my nickle..

Yeah, that's true, but they always get the house in the long run anyway don't they? :)..
