First of all Favorite Credit Card to shop with? Visa, Discover Card, American Express, or Discover and why? Many thanks for any answer or 2. Another quick question... I called into citi just a moment ago and had the pleasure of speaking with a mildly retarded CSR.. |

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Discover Card as they probably can answer it..

Check out the myfico forums for multiple reports of Citi reps and supervisors responding that Citi is no longer allowing product changes.
I called to convert my platinum to a forward and got the same response, from both CSR and three supervisors. Product changes are no longer permitted. Reallocation of a line has nothing to do with a product change. He didn't even speak to a supervisor and he's asking Citi for a FAVOR in reducing his interest rate. Since when is that an issue that warrants executive customer service?.. |

And YOU must be a little less knowledgeable about some of our board quirks..
Management finds it very insulting, that you have used the term "retarded" in such a fashion.. So, I'd simply ask that you refrain from using such demeaning terms on this board in the future, and trust this needs to be discussed no further.. TY.. |

"a person who is stupid, obtuse, or ineffective in some way".

I see you pick and chose what to cut n paste rather selectively..
So don't YOU be obtuse.. TY.. |

Looks like product change success to me.
Http://ficoforums.myfico.com/fico/board/me...hread.id=199797. I've had success myself this past October, though I know 3 months ago is an eternity.. |

You still got lucky, not too many people are getting what you got...

..The American culture of political correctness.
Next time I'll use happier words, I promise.. |

Product Changes are still allowed with Citi.
However, if you have had a recent ratejack OCT 09-JAN 10 you are SOL in most cases... |

I was was recently denied a PC on my RJ (PIF of course) plat. acct.
I thought I may give it several mos and see if they see the light, but. Is this RJ somehow a permanent 'scarlet letter' on the acct?. 29.99 stands for USURY sad, I used to like citi, oh well, I now do my best to pretend to use the card. And will continue as long as they pretend to be loan sharks (they do a pretty convincing imitation!). No one bitter here, FTR.
