Got a quick question: Does Imagine Discover Card really build your credit? Thanks for any answer. Second question of mine... Ok, so I joined NFCU less than a month ago. My highest limit at the time was 400 dollars!!!.

Approved for 7500 goRewards! Then I applied for the platinum and was denied. Since I don't care about high limits I sent a message asking for 4000 to be on the goRewards and a 3500 limit on a platinumnext dayDONE..

Opened account for my mother yesterday! Applied for Flagship Rewardsinstant approval for 12500 at 9.65%. She has extremely high UTI and tons of inquiries!!.

They have the best customer service ever and I will be changing my direct deposit and all money accounts to them!!!..

Yup, but you might want to make sure and wait for another member here to confirm this as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you email the Discover Card guys because they can assist you better...

You made the right move by splitting the $7500 across two cards for rebuilding. Good work! Congrats. Now if I can only find a way in with NFCU. I was in the Navy but I closed my account with them once I was discharged and now I am no longer eligible for membership...?.....

I thought once you are in the military you are eligible to join. My DF has not served in the army since 1960 something and I got.

Him to join last year and then I joined. I just need to do something with my membership this year besides the kids savings/checking..

Congrats OP...

Well, in trying to rebuild my credit from fraud, I figure if I keep a good relationship the limits will get higher, and at least I have 2 cards now to get CLI's on. I don't really see myself needing a 7500 limit as of right now I guess....
