Question I have... Debt Optimization - Student Loan debt vs. Lending Tree mortgage debt? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question... Have any of you guys applied with Chase? They hold out Lending Tree mortgage and I didn't know if they were easier than bofa. Also, are they instant or underwritten??. |

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Lending Tree as they probably could assist you..

No, it wasn't instant. It was a "your application needs further review" and a couple of weeks later, I opened up the letter to find a MC in the envelope...

I applied online for BOA, got initial decline. Did PFB and got a call from Robin, very nice lady. I faxed a paystub and some other info. Heard back within the day with the good news-approved! I had 678 TU with no derog's...

Did you get approved for a plat? What other info did she ask for? I have to return her call on Monday. I just wanted to have everything with me..
I was already approved, but a disappointing credit line, so I did a pfb to get them to review my case since my TU is clean now... |

I applied for BofA Platinum Mastercard two years and they sent me to call them back. Next thing I knew they approved me for $5000. They don't need any pay check stub..

I just got a BOA Platinum card - and they used Equifax. I knew they would because I'd seen a PRM (promotional) inquiry from them on my Equifax report and sure enough a couple of weeks later I received a pre-approved offer for a platinum card. I applied online and got approved instantly - and they DID pull Equifax. So.... guess they don't always pull TU..
I'm thrilled because my EQX is presently at 775 - while I'm pretty sure my TU is no where near that as I still have two derogs showing on that.. Mommy2cats.. |
